Event details for candidates: All candidates or immediate family members are encouraged to attend and give limited presentations. Surrogates will not speak but are encouraged to attend the reception and hand out literature or set up their own tables. Banners will be allowed with special installation restrictions.

Group or organization announcements will be allowed if arranged in advance.
